Most mornings you already know what tasks you have to do for the day. The harder part is knowing why you're doing them, and I mean the real reason, the one that keeps you going when things get tough.

Most advice about purpose asks you to manufacture a reason and picture your best life. That works fine when things are already going well, but it falls apart when life starts to fall apart. That's where a steady reason earns its keep.

If you've been running on momentum and starting to wonder what you're actually running toward, this is for you.

This course works by subtraction. You'll get honest about what things you can and can't carry, whose expectations you've been living under, and what actually matters enough to keep around in your life. Each of the six lessons is a short video with a written companion to work through at your own pace, and one small action to put it into practice that day. You can finish the whole thing in a week.

By the end you'll have one clear "why" to stop wasting time on things that don't matter to you, written down in a single sentence that is specific, true, and uniquely yours, and steady on both the good days and the bad ones.

Each lesson runs about 20-30 minutes, video and writing included. Done over a week, that's less than an hour every other day.

Welcome to One Clear Why

Welcome, and thanks for being here. I’m glad you’re doing this.

One Clear Why is six short lessons built to take a week to complete. Each one has a video, a written companion, and one small action for the day. By the end you’ll have a single sentence, your why, that you’ve found, tested, simplified, and actually used in a real decision. I’ve kept the whole thing simple on purpose so it works even when life feels anything but.

Before you start Lesson 1, grab a notebook. Get a new one if you can, even just a cheap one. Every lesson ends with something to write down, the moments, the decisions, the honest answers, and you’ll want them all in one place so you can look back and see how your thinking moved over the week. Writing by hand makes this kind of thing even more personal, rather than tapping it into your phone, and a fresh notebook for a fresh start fits what we’re doing here.
